Associate Training Program
Endries' training program is one of the most extensive programs in our industry and combines on-the-job mentoring with formal training sessions. Classroom sessions are set up to replicate the environment the associate will be working in. Customer-like simulations are used throughout the formal training.
To help ensure consistency throughout Endries' locations, all formal training sessions are conducted through our corporate training center. We employ a full time training staff that coordinates and conducts classroom, and computer-based training sessions.
